All items shown as In Stock are in stock in the UK and are available for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated within the item listing. Products that are shown as having a Lead Time are either made-to-order or currently out of stock, with new stock due within the stated Lead Time. If you order a product with a specified Lead Time, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the time period you can expect to be waiting for your product(s). Items shown as Out of Stock are no longer available.
All orders will be shipped via the fastest and securest method possible representative to the shipping fee paid for the order. We use Royal Mail for smaller items and a range of trusted couriers for larger and/or more valuable products. If the delivery service used has a tracking number, we will forward it to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Upon receiving your order, please check your item(s) for any damage that may have been caused in transit and alert us immediately if this is the case. It will be more difficult to make a claim with the delivery company used if there is a significant delay between you receiving your goods and notifying us of any damage. If you do not sign for your goods as 'damaged' upon receiving them, most couriers will only allow for damage claims to be submitted within a 24 hour period of your goods arriving. If you do not sign for your goods upon arrival (i.e. they are signed for by a neighbour or left outside your shipping address at your request) then it is not possible for us to open a claim if the goods are damaged.
